Data Deletion Request

Ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you from the InnoDesk waitlist or contact records.

What we can delete

  • Waitlist entry — your name, email address, and signup timestamp.
  • Contact form submissions — your name, email address, subject, and message.

How to request deletion

Email info@innodesk.io from the email address you used, with the subject line "Data deletion request". If you joined the waitlist or wrote to us from a different address, tell us that address in the email.

What happens next

  • We verify the request (usually by replying to the same email address).
  • We delete the requested records from our systems, typically within 30 days.
  • We reply to confirm once deletion is complete.

Note: we may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself where required for legal or security purposes.

Analytics data

Google Analytics data is aggregated and not linked to your identity, so there is nothing individually identifiable to delete. You can control analytics cookies in your browser settings at any time.
